Appointments:
Your right to extensive care cannot be calculated in minutes. At the same time, we want to keep our waiting periods as short as possible. Therefore we have decided to work by appointment only.
In spite of that, it is not always possible to be exactly on time. Please be understanding if occasionally you might have to wait a little bit. Other patients will do the same for you. Opening times: Perhaps you have already learned to appreciate our extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Generally the practice is open for you at the following core times:
- Monday 9 am - 6 pm
- Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm
- Wednesday 8 am - 2 pm
- Thursday 8 am - 2 pm
You can make an appointment with us outside of this core schedule as well.

Treatment Process:
- One EEA picture (basis of the examination) is taken
- Examination, anamnesis, interpretation of the EEA picture, discussion of your concern (Peter Mandel)
- Reaction test, determination of the first level of therapy (Peter Mandel, treating therapist)
- An EEA control picture is taken
- Final discussion (with Peter Mandel and therapist)
- Determination of the final therapy (Peter Mandel and therapist)
- The responsible therapist takes over the patient care.
A phone interview between our patients and the assigned therapists is possible at any time.
Patients who have to travel for a long distance can arrange a treatment block (several consecutive days as needed), if so desired. We gladly assist you with lodging information.
Cooperation:
We are looking for and are cultivating cooperation with specialists (colleagues and institutions). We are, for instance, working in close collaboration with the pain clinic in Herdecke and its department chief, Dr. Saupp.
We offer our colleagues support in screening and therapy - in the case of treating their patients or after referring our patients to them.
Billing
According to your wishes or the course of treatment, you will receive a monthly or a total bill, which can be settled with Mrs. Heine. She will also issue you a receipt ( if paid in cash) and the necessary papers for your insurance or the tax return.
